Lee's GS with an x-force zorst and tune make back to back 500s. Yep, 500+hp with a basic tune and zorst. I think the second run was actually 518. Yes poverty, low rent, sh*t brakes and all of that but it just smacked out 500hp at the treads - nuff said!Where's my leather, nice looking interior, colour screen, ipod connection and everything else. . . ?Where the Pursuit!?!?Fk it im buying a Toyota Tundra. Was at Q Ford today and priced up an F6 and GS ute (both auto) and the GS was cheaper. Was looking at 51k driveaway and that included optioning with premium sound. I know it doesn't have all the bling of the F6 and yes Brembos would be nice but, the F6 won't give you the same output (or engine note) with a tune compared to a GS. I also like that they're a bit unique - F6's are everywhere. Which would I buy? Tough 'cause I love turbos. I know what sort of figure the spare parts dept want just for the screen and it's ugly. There has to be some healthy mark up in that system. Surely they would deal well on upgrading it.With the base price coming down so low so quick they are starting to make sense. Dunno though. It's still an XR8. Not such a bad thing really I guess. One of the places I work for has its head office is in Springwood. The other ones arn't far from there I think. Was it Bris or the Goldie. Might have to have a squizz at it. Don't think I will like the trade in price with the buy in at that. And I would have to rip mine to bits again.Nah. Stuff it. I had made up my mind Sept/Oct. Just had to pay for one of my kids to go to China on a student exchange. Ouch. My big worry is what's Ford or FPV going to do with it. The GS. Or the XR8. It's like the bastard child.
