A fully optioned up GS Ute should be coming in under 60k drive away since they have a list price of 52k, which you would expect you could get a dealer to move on.

I Took GS Ute for a Strap and went well but its missing that V8 Grunt Sound. I was told the speare tyre is in the way of Twins but I can get muffler removed for a few $100.

my point is its a new car and im not paying 65k then paying more me because ford is to cheap. took F6 Ute out for a spin and it was great it had Brembos leather and prem sound for 49,990 drive away that's 15k diffrance any issue is that F65 was auto and I have an auto and as good as the ZF is I want a manual.

There are a coulpe of GS auto utes here in WA for $53k drive away with the twin exhausts.

Sorry but I can't call it an FPV or warrent the price they are asking. It's an XR8.

Cause really that's all it is. Where's the FPV body kit. What visually sets it apart ??? I've seen XR8's with quad tips.

Sorry I don't really understand why....... but I think the attempt from FPV on this one is a rip off. No not financially. But not even putting a body kit on it. Pathetic really. Even the cheaper F6 gets an FPV body kit. Don't know why but I take it as an insult on my intelligence.

I dunno. Should Ford have released an N/A version first. G8, Xr8 so forth. Then FPV bring out the big guns.

HSV fans are laughing their guts out at us. " You got a motor you should have always had and nothing else" They have a point !!! They have faith in their Marque. They know HSV wont rest on its laurals like Ford does.

Most HSV dealers are offering the R8 at the same price now. Will Ford finaly stand up and fight. Or go play in the corner by itself like it always does.

Based on rrp, Euro 4 F6s are more expensive than a fully optioned GS.

And XR09 find me a new 2010 E2/E3 R8 for $59990 drive away.

That said, I do agree that the GS could have at least had a front bar similar to the F6E.

I would also think that RRP is irrelevant as clearly one car can be purchased for much further below

I have just had the same issues ..... I wanted to like the GS ute but while it has that kick arse 5.0 under the bonnet the rest of the package is just low rent :( :(

I wish FPV would give us a full kitted out Super Pursuit......

Insead I have just found myself a new E2 Maloo R8 optioned with 20's and leather for 59k driveaway. The new supercharged 5.0 is forcing the HSV dealers to bargain hard for business......

Looks like I will be in the red corner for the next 2 to 3 years ...... hopefully by then FPV will have something a little more palatable for those V8 ute lovers!!

I have had my F6 for nearly 2 years now and intend on selling it with 6 months left on the warranty, as you still get some sort of half reasonable price

I sat in a GS Ute the other day and was very disappointed. Its full poverty pack. The sales people will tell you that brembos can go on and all the rest, but then its still only an overpriced 'GS' ute.

I'm waiting for a Pursuit type package as well and if it doesn't appear I might look at other brands. Love the F6 but would hate to buy the same car again.
