Dunno bout that, I think San (Varaich?) blew his motor driven round with new springs in? This was a long time ago so I may be wrong.. But when I got mine put in I specifically asked them to chuck it on the dyno for that reason..

If your gettin em done at a shop, get them to run it up just to be sure...

In my first t I drove around for 6 months with just valve springs done. Never had an issue.

But with these cars stranger things have happened.

I think in his situation it was a sort of restriction when getting tuned, then got better ones put in therefore no more restriction, and no tune to suit...

depends what was happening at the time of problem if motor was showing valve float on the dyno then I would suggest yes just to be safe if it hadnt been backed off.A bouncing spring will give a varied afr...Not on something that's standard though.last thing you want is a lean mixture up top

I really dont think you would need a retune. Unless you are stuffing around with AF ratios etc it wont make any differences.
