After sales service is the biggest plus for Apple.

If your phone has problems you can just make an appointment at an Apple Store and if your phone is faulty you'll walk out of there with a new one.

Downside is there aren't a lot of Apple Stores.

True...

I told them I am not waiting a week for a f*cking appointment to drive to Chadstone in peak hour traffic...

So, they sent me a new one in the mail with a box to send the old one back... This was on an 18 month iPhone that I paid $99 extra for an extended 12 months AppleCare (ie. 2 years to cover my contract)

Have to say I am impressed and happy :-)

+1 Vote for Samsung Galaxy SII (even though it's not on the list)

Best phone I've ever owned. Same specs if not a bit better than the iPhone 4S.

8MP Camera takes awesome pictures, and screen is larger and crisper than the iPhone.

Telstra is definitely the best for reception, I'm with Vodafail, worst decision of my life.

EDIT: Did not see thread date haha, was looking though latest unread list.

I managed to get out of my Vodafail contract because of poor reception and joined Telstra. Outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne Telstra has better coverage.
