Got my ASL sat nav today. I went for the ASL Remote control type instead of touch screen becuase it suited me better. It took about 3 hours to fit, but would have been quicker if I had pluged a conecter in that I forgot about, so I had to take the icc out again.

I have to say thier instructions were not clear. Step 3 had me stumped. Could not understand it. I rang ASL and within 1 min I understood what the instructions mean. I got it to work through the factory speakers, so they sent me a modified cd stacker, an I have to send mine back to them. As this guys are the warranty repair agent for FORD I figure they know what they are doing.

oNCE IT WAS FITTED I HAD TO GO TO FORD TO GET THME OT PEROGRAM THE NEW STACKER NAD TURN THE REVERSE CAMERA ON IN THE COMPUTER. I picked the car up from ford, nervous if it was going to work. Well it was all a ok! This worked well and was half the price of ford.

Hey mate can you post up a pic of the camera on the rear of the car. I'm looking at getting the same thing, as long as its a factory looking fit rather than some of the ugly number plate bolt mounted ones I've seen.
