Why can't head office lay down the law? I wonder how many customers are lost to Holden/Toyota based on a bad experience from a dealer.I would say about the same amount Expensive Daewoo and Toyota have lost to FORD from bad service. I think that they all have good, bad and worse!I found Subaru to be the bes, but having said that I only had 2 claims. One the knocked back, which I questioned, and gave my resons why I thougt it should be covers, then they said yes!I hope I get a picnic basket. I expected for them to fob me off so that my warranty ran out. All large businesses tend to have issues with inconsistent service levels but I think for really needs to focus on this. BTW, I have had my G6E T 50th ann edition for two weeks and no present yet, but the joy of driving it has not worn off so I am not too bothered. Last FPV (Typhoon) I got a cool rollaboard travel bag.I told FPV where they could shove their $20 book and made them write it on the customer survey. Sweet.Got it today. Its got a collapsable basket with a liner to keep stuff cold, also got a picnic basket, calander and a key ring.Pretty nice stuff.Anyone else get one?Every employee got one to celebrate the 50th anniversary (4 months ago) - its sat in a cupboard somewhere ever since. What have picnic baskets got to do with 50 years of falcon?

They then finished by telling me that they are sending me the collapsable picnic basket. There you go, it does look like this is something that Ford is doing across the board. She also asked if it was ok for them to call every 12 months to follow up. From a service persepective its good that the company calls to ask your thoughts and what they can do to help you so they can identify common problems and fix them (hopefully).
