Might have been a chit install. To make a global call like that against a manufacturer is pretty harsh. Why don't you just contact them and discuss it first?1)No such thing as a chit install where I take my car buds. That is our older style unit and a handful of customers had reported back to me with this problem. That is one of the reasons why we have changed the design since then with the new range to make it much stronger where the inlet/outlet cones connect to the main body of the cat. The new cats are also welded along the inner edges of the substrate to help prevent substrate shift, all in all making them much more durable.The cat is under warranty and im more than happy to send you one of the new style 5" body units to replace the older version.
