Am I weird or is that strange ?? Have voiced my concerns with the head teacher and he says its not uncommon and not considered weird.. head teacher compared it to a woman teacher wearing a bikini and I said no, more like a G banger ! he kind of agreed after that , your thoughts please on both the name calling and the pool attire or lack of it !There is nothing wrong with a woman wearing a 'G banger' at any time or place IMO, as long as she's good looking! But yeah, teachers in budgies...it's OK for Tony Abbot at the beach but not when you are teaching a class.Re the ranga thing, just tell her to call him pindick. It will probably fix the ranga thing & the budgies.

It seems in our public sector if you're not from some kind of minority you can As for the name calling it is just unacceptable for the teacher to encourage bulling. Teachers thinking they need to show the kids how cool they are by picking on other kids are pathetic.

He would know it, the school would know it and they should not allow it.As for the "ranga" comment, it is racist. It would be like calling an Asian a guzzi, Italian a wog or a Indian a curry. He is judging her on her looks and this is VERY unacceptable. While we have a skanky ranga running the country, she is an adult in the public eye and I highly doubt anyone (with any class) would call her a ranga to her face, they may end up with the Feds giving them a cavity search. Remember we are talking about an adult male teacher verbally abusing a 10yo girl under his care.If it was my daughter, I would take swift and immediate action and demand an appology and an attitude adjustment. Many things get taken out of context or can be repeated incorrectly... (ie. Chinese whispers)... Not saying I don't believe your kid, but set up a meeting and see what the teacher has to say... This way you can make sure you follow the correct avenues and get the outcome that is warranted. In regards to the speedos... Most swimming instructors wear speedos, so it is considered normal for a swimming pool. It's not like he has a nut hanging out each side... If your daughter was watching the swimming on the commonwealth games, did you turn the tv off? Personally, I am not a fan... And when we have swimming carnivals at school, most of the teachers wear shorts... However, there are some guys who do triathlons etc... Who only wear speedos, and hence, they wear them...
