As the title says, when turning a corner at speed there is a metalic grinding sound/feeling which you can feel through the steering wheel. Doesn't do it when turning the wheel on the spot or going real slow.

Does anyone know what it is or how to fix it?

I get this also, but only happens when you hit a bump at full lock or when I was on the skid pan.

if your like me and have 20"s its the tyre scrapping on the plastic wheel well.

I've got 19s & it's not at full lock. Just with a bit of load on the steering. It's a real metalic sound too & travels up the steering column & vibrates the steering wheel. Maybe the front end's gonna fall to bits lol.

Both directions. Most noticable going fast round sweeping bends or those big roundabouts (when nobody's watching & you nip thru them at 80 & use both lanes)

It sounds like two robots having sex.

Nope stock height at the moment.

Teins are on the cards though - wonder if the suspension gurus would know what it is. They spend most of their working life under cars.

Real annoying that I can't pinpoint it. I'm always scared one day I'll be going round a corner & I'll see my front wheel pissing off into the mulga. crybaby.gif
