Hi,

thought I'd try to wrap my chrome inserts for the tail lights in carbon replica vinyl - not the 3M version, this is an external grade vinyl with airfree tech... I had some left over from work :)

Some may not like the look, but I HATE chrome with a passion, so it suits my tastes.

Looks good, but to me it would only look real good on black and white cars. I think chrome fits the colours better.

firstly, clean your car

secondaly, your badge is missing the 6 :beerchug:

thirdly I agree with Dillz, I dotn think it suits that. Maybe it would look better on a typhoon's bumper instead of the grey? or over the badge letters. Althought thinking about it now isnt the point of carbonfibre to save weight whilst being strong? Pretty sure chrome plastic dont weigh much :stirthepot:

ha ha ha yeah I do need to wash it... the 6 got badged - not really happy about that!

It was just an idea - probably wont keep it on, however I will do something with these areas as, like I have said, chrome is not my thing.

thanks for the opinions everyone :)
