I'm one step ahead of him!In the interests of saving some dough (so that I can admittedly use that dough to upgrade the mrs' car!) I picked up a VW Jetta demo yesterday. It's the 118TSI which is the twin-charged thing and I gotta say, that thing moves! The 0-100 of 8.5 I think doesn't do it justice. The 1.4 is no replacement for displacement as they say but it's a pretty nice car in its own right. Now to sell the G-Spec. Sad face.Surely this act of treason will not result in cancellation of my membership Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/71100-do-i-have-to-hand-in-my-membership/ Share on other sites

VWs have been returning oil to the ground since the day they were invented. I want something new dammit. Have always liked the CX9 though Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/71100-do-i-have-to-hand-in-my-membership/#findComment-1048212 Share on other sites
