I did all of my runs in performance auto, the best I got was 12.62.

a friend of a friend told me that in full auto, the ecu knows exactly when to shift at peak power! I never did try it, but the next time I head down I wanna try it!

I assume on the FG it'd be better in auto (either normal or sports) to make use of the transient overboost thingo. Dunno what difference it makes but it'd have to help even if only marginal?

Performance auto is by far the best and quickest way of reaching those 400m markers.

Even shifting yourself you have to be so on the ball as you reach the limiter before you know it and also in P/Auto the changes are lightning quick from the ZF box.

that zf auto does shift real quick on the sport setting.. I liked it a lot ! as tab said, you need to be on the ball and get every change spot on with a manual !

I've hit the gate a couple of times in my skyline snatching 2nd too hard and that just fuccked it all up ! get it right though and if yer good, shouldn't be anything in it BUT (and its a big but!) these new auto boxes that are fitted to the AMG etc are so damn good that it makes doing this kinda thing easier for joe public ! sloppy slow auto's are a thing of the past ! :pooh:
