Hey guys,

Been looking around recently for some scoops/ducts for reducing under body temps for my car leading into summer..

However, when looking at the options avaliable I came across another idea...

I found a duct similar to the picture I have attached and it got me thinking about improving the flow and cold air to my Process West race air box..

My idea was to install this duct on my bonnet just over the PW air box. Then cut a hole in my air box to suit the size of the funnel end of the duct shown in the picture. What do you think? My thinking is that there is currently not much cold air or even any air flow to the box the way it is now. By having this set up, it would greatly increase air flow and introduce cold air directly to the filter..

Ben

Great Idea and I see where your coming from but I don't think there would be that much difference between that and a pod in a sealed air box. I know the colder the better but I think gains would be marginal. Probably same entry temp as an under battery intake.
