the knock off turbosmart plumback one came today .. the duel port was sold out and I kinda run it plumback anyways so its all gravy .. very happy with how its made alot better that the other cheap one I was running .. heres a vid its on a bf ute .. its set pretty hard I like how it dose 's .. icon_ford.gif

WTF, It's surging man, the bov is doing nothing.. Something's amiss sounds like a does pipe. You saw my vid yeah? that's what it should sound like.

yeah I took another vid of it on soft and it sounded SH%t plus the vid did not turn out cos I had the windows down . was all road noise . soo I went for more of a dose sound on hard setting . .... if the soft vid worked I would have put it up.. on hard it kinda doses and blows off but its hard to hear it on the vid

Yeah I get a bit of surge every now and then but with a vented bov should be a sharp PCHhhh, no gobble.

It's sucks cause runnin around with it for a week or so I prefer the compressor surge sound (Tututututu), just don't like the idea of it shortening your turbo's life.

No bovs are bad for the turbo mate, that one is just a replacement of the factory one. I wouldn't bother personally.
