fpvkev Member 9 Member For: 15y 1m 7d Gender: Male Location: northern beaches of sydney Posted 13/10/10 08:06 AM Share Posted 13/10/10 08:06 AM hi guys long time looker first time asker , just ordered my new silver f6 ute with all the boxes ticked . it will be a toy and as im a builder and need the tax right off so I want to join the 400kw club straight up and want all the goodies ,realise warantees will be usless but power comes at a cost so far be for me to insult the gods of speed with a warasntee repair ... ha ha ha im very handy with the tools but fords are new to me and so is the xr6t sceen but all you guys seem to be pretty level headed and from what I have read pretty good with the advise , one of my main concerns is the rear end as I wish to take it to the track for fun time to time , not really into the drags , the road like the ladies must have curves , what can I do . I was even cosidering a 4 link set up but people say to much, we should be able to make it work , but I dont want , should , I want we can so any advice would be great well, I will wait to hear from you boys anmd look foward to the talks and pissing contests. fpvkev Member 9 Member For: 15y 1m 7d Gender: Male Location: northern beaches of sydney Posted 13/10/10 11:14 AM Author Share Posted 13/10/10 11:14 AM thanks for that I have been talking to a friend of mine who builds and looks after race cars of all types and races and he has just told me that he has followed many a leaf sprung car around the track and he can make it work, I will look at nizpro and see if the kits are avaliable to buy ands self install and a good tuner in sydney , is then my next drama . im on the northern beaches of sydney and the boys at evolution motorsport are the best if seen in regards to fab work but as far as tuning the f6 I would want a pro. are cv as good as people say or does any one know of any one on the beaches , but thanks for thr reply , it was my first ever forum , so that was fun . I have to my knowlege the only white fg f6 on the beaches :)im also a builder, not that I carry tools in my new baby though.
