Hi guys,

New to forums and having a blast and checking out ideas for my typhoon.

I have a question if anyone can help?

Took my 04 6 speed manual typhoon into get serviced 2 weeks ago and they found oil in the coolant and they thinks its a head gasket and when they went to pressure test and chemically cleaned the radiator it put coolant into the engine. Went back to the mechanics today to see how things are going and they dont know whether its the head or the turbo they have the turbo off and looks like there going to check it first, as they dont want to to take the head off just in case its not the head. it also has 101000 ks on the clock

any ideas would be great.

cheers

04phoon

Mate, im confused. What engine oil cooler is on the block? Are you refering to the transmission cooler that runs throught the radiator? Sorry byt I haven't heard of what you're describing?
