just over $2000 a mate paid with injectors, he might be on, if so he'll clear it up.

Staggered end tanks use the hole core I guess?

Xr6t_ute with the stageone style cooler(stock X-over, intake etc), did 11.2 on stock bottom end at Calder a few weeks ago. 317rwkw.

I mixed both nizpro and process west. They both good.

Process west stuff does look alot better. Kent did you start with nizpro gear on your ute? And then change over to process west?

I went from plazmaman to processwest.

im still dirty at nizpro for them disgusting bits of sh*t they sold me that they tried to call valve springs, and from the 3 or 4 nizpro plenums I have seen, the casting, especially on the inside is boardaline disgusting, his intercoolers do fit nice and work well, but again........finish,

end rant

Kent - to an extent and surely you would be aware of this...

Having the fastest car down the strip doesnt necessarily indicate how efficient a cooler is.

I realise that better cooling allows more timing / boost etc, but any of the decent coolers will allow you to run a fast pass...

Its about how repetitive you can run them without heat soak hindering performance on back to back runs.

Agreed that the PW gear looks awesome and is the dogs bollocks, but it is also more expensive than any of its competitors and for some, might be out of reach!

at the recent cairns dyno comp I did 3 runs during the day back to back and all were within 20hp of eachother, its a very effieciant cooler from what I have seen in the many hours on the dyno tuning,

I do agree with your statemant to a degree, but when a motor like mine is doing 7000+rpm and 27pound of boost is going through it, it takes a verry effiecant cooler to cool that volume of air

Oh mate, I totally agree with you...

Yours is a little bit of a different situation to most, not many of us are boosting 27 + psi spinning an engine past 7k!

Im not saying that PW is not good & efficient gear, as it is!

I was just making a point, that PW gear is not the be all and end all for the majority of people running 300 - 400 rwkw and, as we all know - it doesnt take a just a PW cooler to run a fast time. Many have proven this with very fast times using Plazmaman, Nizpro, RAP1D and probably even HDi and APS coolers.

As I mentioned, you as well as anyone would know this... your held in a very high esteem around here and your selection of components on your ute are second to none, but for the masses, PW isnt the only way to chase decent power if you dont have a fat enough bank account to afford it!
