I think 121mph is low for your 370+ but defiantly low for your 421.... I had 400ish (on the hub dyno) and would run consistent 126mph, even on the factory tyres I ran 11.5@125 mph...... Looks more like your old tune, maybe check that you flashed the correct tune.I think the best bet is to go and run it up on the dyno and log boost and afr, and see what its doing.
