I'm with *Beep*, its cheap insurance.... I know its hard to justify the $$$ when you have just spent a load of cash on a build and you are being told you don't really need it. But.... its still cheaper than another build

After all the nicca you have spent a surge tank is cheap insurance, and will allow further progression down the track. Once it is run in your power will no doubt improve as will fuel consumption, good number though, cheers

Yeah I think I will get the surge tank done pretty soon, when my woman stops complaining about all the money I spent. Have been trying to keep it at half tank or above as a small insurance policy, but still want to get the surge. I think when I get a few more km on it and get the surge done might get it re dyno see if it improves, still alot more fun then it use to be.

should get a surge tank it is necessary if you plan on running the car with under a quarter tank and if bruce says you dont need a surge tank....you dont need one, he isnt the sort of guy to give you a misleading opinion..
