External Boost Control Devices

Multiple programed ECU's are all the rage on bikes at the moment. Is there an in cabin one available for the Ford ECU ????? It would be nice to have a wet, street and play function that was instantaneous and in car.

Even @350 a car is a lot of mental work to drive. IT would be nice to be able to dial it down when you know you are not really focused on driving or doing that long highway run down the big #1

From what I have been told the Ford ECU doesnt work like a normal import hence the e boost not being a good option.

Is that true?

ah ok thanks, just thought boost controllers dont work well with our cars due to the complexities of the ECU.

Do many people run the eboost? Wouldn't mind having a way to control the boost from in cabin.

Yeah loads of XRs with decent EBC's fitted, I ran ProfecB for awhile in the old BA, and I know of a few with AVC-R working great, though you can't beat the factory PCM for ultimate boost control mapping... just can't make changes on the fly like you can with an EBC.

Or have different boost maps for each gear in a manual car. IMHO this is a major plus in helping too maintain traction in 1st/2nd/3rd on the street. :spit:
