I heard the 5 speed was good until you want to add more power and I want to keep it stock anyway. what if I wanted to add more power down the track without replacing the transmission...is there anything you can do to gain power without compromising the 5 speed? cheers! Even more likely with a few Ks on the clock IMOBTW welcome

You may be one of the lucky ones like me (touch wood) with a modified car and trouble free. Mind you I have had it since new, replaced oil to Tranzmax z every 50K and respect it when I drive it. It is a gamble although I think you would be fine but for peace of mind go the 6 speed.

Id go the T56 though its definately a better box and worth the extra samoleons.
