I suggest going to fordmods.com THey are way more knowledgable and hands on then the guys on this forum. :). There is alot of info there, you just gotta spend hours researching what you want to do.

WIth a N/a it comes down to headwork, cams and tuning. The problem is that the cams and high gears you need to get good times take the drivability away from the car so you end up using more fuel than a turbo. The engine is alot more lazy with the turbo.

But go for the N/a and build it so down the track you can put a turbo on it without changing anything but maybe cam.
