The tips must be a piece of sh*t as after driving the car today they have turned yellow and have started to melt the bar!!I aint happy..Taking it back tommorow to get the stock one put back on.Having said that the stock one is yellow too and its only 800km old

Something to watch out for, hope your damage isn't too bad mate??

I say ditch it and get another one

We both noticed a change in exhaust note. His was an AU and it sounded pretty good and louder.. Mine just went louder.. I got 2 3" straight tips and he had a single into twin chrome tips put on. IMO that's your problem..

Hazey Member 234 Member For: 21y 3m 25d Posted 24/01/11 09:09 AM Author Share Posted 24/01/11 09:09 AM I ended up putting the stock one back on and the noise went away. Dunno if I would have this problem with a better quality tip?
Hazey Member 234 Member For: 21y 3m 25d Posted 24/02/11 10:12 AM Author Share Posted 24/02/11 10:12 AM Lol that's funny, I just did the exact same thing to my car and it made little to no difference in note at all. Weird.Hey Dillz, What tip did you change to? I really want to change to a twin. Was thinking of the Xforce twin, Perhaps this is better quality and wont give me the shriek soundhttp://jhp.com.au/g8partsdirect/UndertheHood/varex3incatback-h.jpgThanks
