Below are the rules which must be followed for members wishing to conduct photo shoots via this forum...

• Photo shoots can be organised in the appropriate state section.
  
• The photographer must be listed in the thread with either a few examples of their work or a link to their website.
  
• The date of the shoot can be discussed in the thread with the attendees. The date is to be posted in the thread once finalised.
  
• The price of the shoot needs to be listed, along with the details on how and what images the attendees will receive.
  
• There needs to be a list of all attendees kept in the thread.
  
• 10% of the fee charged for members cars is to be donated to the forum.
  
• The location does not have to be listed. That can be sent out via PM, email or SMS to the attendees once finalised.
  
• Once the shoot is over the thread will be moved to the Multimedia forum.
