hay there guys. finally got my fg xr6 turbo tuned at cresent motorsport. basically everything was supplied from chris at rapids. for those of you that do not know cresent motorsport (CMS), his a good man, he takes his time, does it right and goes one step further to make sure your happy. it doesn't matter if your a beginner or a pro, if your after big power or not.. its great service either way. while im at it I cant forget chris from rapid systems.. his products are great and his patients with my million questions amazes me.

to achieve this power heres what I did:

*full mild steel exhaust with a stainless steel high flow cat and a high flow dump

*one of rapid systems coolers designed for a fg

* siemons 60 pound injectors

* ss inductions full CAI kit

the final result was 348 rwkw at 1068 nm. it sits on 17 psi.. the power is smooth, very smooth but at the same time its insanely powerful

Sweet! Rapids stuff is a great bit of kit...

Did you change the piping? Apparently the piping from turbo to cooler is prone to blowing out at high boost???

Have you thought about a shorter induction setup??? I would think this may be robbing you of some easy power... Did you do actuator?

mm you might need different mods if you have a ba-bf but whilst were talkin bout fgs, I didnt get an actuator.. I got a full intercooler kit so yeah it came with stronger piping for the hotside and I did consider the shorter induction setup but I had a budget so I couldn't afford it but things worked out for the best.. cant complain man

Yeah they've been doing the turbos for awhile now but not on a huge scale as they do alot of S/C 5.4s and the like.

I've been working with them on the tuning side with my FG, and the results keep getting better as we find more and more interesting tweaks... FGs are waay different to BA BF in the tuning/software.

Karl, apparently 350 was made in melb on a G6ET, but yeah this is the most I've seen from the small turbo.

Good to see your happy fpv_f6 :buttrock:
