You may require a front and rear tailshaft balance which can be done at your dealer.

All the rear bushes were replaced 5000km later under warranty ford were great about it because warranty had run out about 2 months before. Edited 05/11/10 08:34 AM by RHR No need to quote above post. ofa180 Member 72 Member For: 19y 5m 19d Gender: Male Posted 05/11/10 05:06 AM Author Share Posted 05/11/10 05:06 AM Well I was wrong,on further inspection,it's not the bushes, the front left wheel bearing has collapsed, haven't had a chance to pull it apart to check the total damage,ie hub etc.Has anyone heard of this happening to a territory?I'm away from the vehice & had the mrs take it to the local ford dealer. After reading through all this http://www.carbuddy....spx?t=2&tid=667it sounds more like the ball joint has failed. I'm just glad she wasn't injured or anyone else as the wheel is just about to fall off!

ofa180 Member 72 Member For: 19y 5m 19d Gender: Male Posted 09/11/10 05:09 AM Author Share Posted 09/11/10 05:09 AM Well it turns out it was the wheel bearing. Got the new bearing in,but there is still a small amount of play in the hub,so unfortunately I will have to get a new hub assembly. Does anyone have any recommendations who to buy through? So far got price from ford & FTG auto salvage, best is FTG for $550 with new bearing.
