I recently noticed a light vibration through the driveline at mild exceleration levels in my TT,it happens from 60km/h to 90km/h.

Anyone had the same problem? Its not there when you granny it or when you floor it,just in between.

Front diff bushes are becoming more and more common, unfortunately we haven't got an aftermarket option yet.

My TTG had the same problem, the tail shafts and the drive shafts had to be replaced it was about $6000 worth of work.ford replaced it under warranty it a common problem in the TTG. All the rear bushes were replaced 5000km later under warranty ford were great about it because warranty had run out about 2 months before.

Well I was wrong,on further inspection,it's not the bushes, the front left wheel bearing has collapsed, haven't had a chance to pull it apart to check the total damage,ie hub etc.

Has anyone heard of this happening to a territory?

I'm away from the vehice & had the mrs take it to the local ford dealer. After reading through all this http://www.carbuddy....spx?t=2&tid=667

it sounds more like the ball joint has failed. I'm just glad she wasn't injured or anyone else as the wheel is just about to fall off!

Well it turns out it was the wheel bearing. Got the new bearing in,but there is still a small amount of play in the hub,so unfortunately I will have to get a new hub assembly. Does anyone have any recommendations who to buy through? So far got price from ford & FTG auto salvage, best is FTG for $550 with new bearing.
