Obviously I don't turn them on unless needed (also wired to my high beams).Had an oncomming VX SS on the Northern Road over the weekend, had his foggies on. I put my foggies on, he put his high beams on, I put my high beams on, he turned his high beams and fog lights off. Good on him for taking a hint Did you light up his life? You've been warned, so don't whinge when you get booked. If you're gunna have your foggies on, might aswell pu ont your windscreen wipers, rear demister and windscreen defogger aswell. In fact, go the whole hog and put your bonnet up, open fuel cap, lift boot and push your side mirrors in. You'll look ultra cool. But remember, wear a seatbelt.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>who said I was having a whinge?

I've seen about 3 (different) cop cars in the last month all driving around at night with their fog lights on??? I've only just started to notice this since reading about the legalities not long ago....Seems a bit dodgy that they'll then fine you...... Guest Guests Posted 07/01/06 08:27 AM Share Posted 07/01/06 08:27 AM Hey there everyone,Curious to know if the Police Highway Patrol Cars have anything done to them, just to add a little extra edge.I've seen both XR8 and XR6T's (and Holdens) driven by HWY Patrol Cops, their cars seem so much louder, tougher and more powerful than the ones drvien out of the showrooms you and I.RegardsDarren
