There is at least 1 fully marked XR6T here in the ACT, it followed me along Adelaide Avenue last night. It is a manual, and it has a "boosted by WGR" sticker under the Turbo badge on the boot!

Next question, who is WGR? Wayne Gardner Racing was the last person I knew of to use those initials....

I think the XR8 that the Feds have has a identical sticker on it as well?

VG!!! please explain!

The XR8 says 'boosted by APW' I believe. They are initials of coppers in the traffic branch (bit of fun on their part I think)

).

But he was a bit arrogant about the whole thing.

:sic

Find one that isn't (arrogant).

These cars are too good for the highway patrol :smilielol:

A bit arrogant but u got the photos u were after ? The reason coppers can be very funny about getting their photos taken is that the photos virtually always end up getting modified and put on some news website or newspaper and completely misinterpreting a situation causing embarassment to both the coppers and their job. He is only being wise, not arrogant. Be thankful he let u take any pictures and waited while u did.

Find one that isnt arrogant ? I'll find u 100, which is a damn side lower than the proportion of the arrogant drivers they have to deal with.

Stabs at the coppers are becoming very boring. Thought this was a car site, not an obsession with anything to do with law enforcement one

VG I think the majority of people here like the cops, and certianly, like to have them about when they have a proplem.

Perhaps some times people vent thier spleen at the profession in general.

It is only natural that you are offended when people slag your chosen profession, but rest assured 99.995% of use value your advice, comments and opinins. :smilielol:

If it makes you feel better we winge about service managers and insurance companies for more thean we complain about you guys... :smilielol:

Goose as for being arrogant if you asked to take a pic of my cool white T and I said,"sure just don't take any with me in" and you took one anyway I would get pissed too.

I'd agree, I'm not keen on being photographed at work either.

The guy let's you take some photos, while he is working and gets called arrogant for his trouble. Not all forum members state their professions, whgo would you line up next? Air hostesses? They annoy me. Chefs? I hate Chefs. Cooking all that stuff no-one can pronounce. Laywers...

Boys if you want photos Ill take as many photos of mine as you want. I even have photos of it stripped when the engine crapped its self. You wont see those for the reasons VG explained. I have a nice one of it in action going to the daintree, ill see if I can find it.

take a pill VG,

as a realtor I get more bagging than you can dream about, live with it or change vocation chief. It wasn't directed at you.
