It certainly would be sweet to see one with lights on top (preferably not in the rear view mirror). Unfortunately, the latest bit of gear the AFP have strapped a siren to which I saw in Canberra City today whilst out for a lunchtime walk is TJ Magna aka Jap Zero  . I am the not-so-proud owner of a Magna and as I look at the AFP's new cruiser I now know why they have people cover their faces on the news getting out of the cop cars...you would too if you were being hauled out of a Magna

Although, it's not as bad as when I was in NZ in 2000 and saw TR Magna's ('92) being used for highway patrol on the South Island....eeek

What we need here guys is for someone to out run them in a pursuit and make sure it hits the media (TV) and I'm sure they will purchase some, just like when the wrx came out...is anyone going to volunteer to out run them????...not me.. :D

what are you talking about man?! we don't want them to have them, let them keep their Crapadores, (or CommonWhore, which ever you prefer) then we CAN out run them should the time arise

I've seen an unmarked white XR6T, in a Sydney suburb of Marrickville, the funny thing about the whole situation is that I’ve seen that car parked in the same spot every night for a month now, until I drove past this morning and it was still there with it's blue and red lights on top of the dashboard staring at me and it had no antenna's installed either.

I'm not sure if a detective lives there or if it is a mobile speed camera.

Maybe they are on a stake-out  What exactly have you been up to  ?
