lol steve, I reckon if I took off the ECU, power steering, fuse box and brake booster cover I'd have gained a few extra MPH at top end? :P

Replace all fuses with solder = 80gram weight saving. You're close with the brake booster but you'd be better off draining the fluid from the brakes and replacing with Mountain Dew, the bubbles act like helium and lighten the car.
