RAY076 had the same problem, we guessed it was grabbing on the xforce dump pipe.Test by removing the hose hose from the actuator to boost solenoid and see if boost is back again then our final step was to use some wire wrapped around the flapper arm to hold it shut regardless of the situation as boost was lazy with this turbo that was bought second hand and ported and flowed.Wired shut it was still fairly lazy so assume the porting has gone to far and is leaking through the flapper!
