Ok Monza wasnt so Hard I got bronze on my third attempt.....

Then Suzuka totally farked me over. Its crazy hard and I took at least an hour before I got Bronze.

So I now have the Red Bull car in the Garage and I thought I would try it out at Tsukuba to put it into perspective of how

fast it it.

On my 3rd lap I did it in 29 seconds  The thing is insane.

I did the first two endurance races and have to say was disappointed after each one. Especially after driving a f*cking mx5 for 4 hours only to get 200k and some pos 1968 convertible Mazda.

Tried the seasonal events and there is one where you have to use a Japanese car on Tsukuba, it has to be up to 295hp and at least 1200kg and use sports medium tyres. And some freaks are posting lap records of 58 seconds. My best was 1.03 with a 350Z spot on with hp and weight. There are few more tweaks I could have done to make it quicker and get another second or possibly 2 with a bit of practice but no chance to get to 58 seconds with it.

Anyone have any ideas as to what car to try that would be quick within these specks?

And IBOO57 thanks for the Dodge challenger tip, it wasn't as easy as you said it but got it done after few attempts...

No worries.

Do the seasonal time trial at tsukuba in the Toyota Celica Rally car ST205.

It exactly on the power and weight and you can adjust all the suspension etc.

I got a high 59 in that.

No money or experiance for them just the chance to compare to others.

have you done the seasonal races? big bux and experience to be had there.

ps do you use a wheel? I can shave a second off most lap times with the wheel compared to the Dual shock 3 controller.

Steering wheel makes alot of difference really. Another car that is good for historic (not easy but doable) is the 69 Camaro from the dealership race modded and then pimped with what is left. You do win the toyota 7 race car from a b spec race thou.
