No one seems to have any replacements in the country for atleast 4 weeks. I run 235/35/20 on the front of the same KU31.Someone recommended me the Hero Milanza HZ1 for around $215 per tyre. I have never heard of these before so skeptical. Had nankangs and other crap on other cars in the past and hated em.Recommend me something similar price, grip etc as the KU31's. I got a pretty stock G6ET. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/70291-hero-milanza-hz1/ Share on other sites

ryan_04 Member 97 Member For: 16y 5m 17d Gender: Male Posted 26/10/11 10:06 AM Share Posted 26/10/11 10:06 AM after a few reviews from diff sites and some research I thaught id give these a go.....replaced all the 4 stock dunlops with these and have had them on the car for about 5,000ks..in short..very impressive for the price! heaps better than the dunlops...dry - pretty good..it still breaks out in 1st gear slightly..but only so much that the tyres just squeel - dosent full short-shift into 2nd like with the dunlops..up front they seem to steer well too..I remember when taking corners too fast with the dunlops dsc kicked in for understeer..with these it dosent..feels much more stable..wet - its hard to tell as im sure no matter what tyres u have u cant push it in the wet neway...but it holds ok dont have to baby it around..their actually the same compound as the fedral 595's but last much longer according to john at protek tyres - champ!specs/price - 245/35/19 for $170 each!! Cameron02 Member 164 Member For: 12y 5m 1d Posted 08/06/13 04:04 PM Share Posted 08/06/13 04:04 PM Old thread but.... I have these on the rear Hero MilanZA HZ1 235/45/17. When you put the foot down they don't squeal they just go zzzzzz. Which to me means they let go a bit too easy. That said, I have not had any other tyres on the car to compare them too. For general driving around they seem fine. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/70291-hero-milanza-hz1/#findComment-1396810 Share on other sites
