hey guys, going to look at an engine from a wreckers but its out of the car, any thing I should keep an eye out for or anything? need to know asap. cheers jesse.

what model it is out of. after 06/06 build is the way to go. had typhoon internals :bangcomputer:

the serial number on the block behind the turbo in front of bellhousing can identify the build date.

phone ford and see if they will look it up for you

what are you doing with it , that might help with some more advice :beerchug:

for starters make sure it's a turbo engine easiest way would be the oil return spot on the sump for the turbo

or get a new f6 block from ford- pocket change...
