+1 for not having a cat any more.

Take my advice, if you can get a loan for 10K to buy an atomic motor, go out and enjoy that power then put a built motor in it... if 10k is too steep, park it up till your tuner gets back, cos the temptation may just get the better of ya. good luck :thumbsup::pinch:

my car is tuned on 12.5psi and I run 16-20 with boost controller, the computer just pulls all the timing out when I try to run more boost, but also my car runs 10.5 afr on 12psi so its pretty safe....only runs like 7-8deg if I try to trick it and boost it upto 20...at the very least just take it to the shop for a dyno run they will tell you if its safe or not and can also check the actuator is opening and shuttin properly

It depends what your top load point is in your spark tables as to what the timing does. It will depend on who tunes the car.

yeah replaced the rubber section right after the throttle body where the 2 clamps are, had a decent size split about inch and a half, but really could that cause that much of a boost leak?
