Once known, I'd be looking on tirerack.com and having them ship tyres to you. 9.5 wide in the fronts would be around +20 I think to work.

I tried my 35 offset on the front and it just touches the upper arm. Be good to have the extra clearance so might try a 20 if I can find one and go from there

It's amazing how with the finest tweak can make such an extreme difference. Also threw some 275/18 kumho ku36s on and was impressed at how well they work. In the planning / design process of making the new undertray and also recieved my thermostatic oil cooler relocation sandwich plate so will be making some progress in the cooling department too when the cooler arrives. Will post up some progress pics when I start making the undertray and yeah see how it all comes together

From what I can see superior to KU36 (and I've used those on the track). Im trying to get a set from Tirerack.com for my turbo mx5.

Huge tread blocks and great reviews!!I was considering some of these for my street rears but ended up going with ad08s.Unfortunately the RS3s don't come in 19's but you could run 245 fronts (8-8.5") and 265 rears (with 9.5" rims) on 18" wheels. Need to pull the guards though. the light battery and cf bonnet are great ideas. Edited 30/10/10 07:46 PM by Erko
