I tried my rears on the front the other day and had an epic offset fail moment ha ha ha. Ideally I will be running the same tyre sizes (265 - 305) but still have to buy the new rims to cater for the rubber. Having also said that I will then Need to go back to the drawing board in regards to rubber as the r1rs only come as big as 265 and I'm not sure about the ku36s. Might have to look into something like the nitto nt05s or somehing similar. Might swing by the news agent at smoko and pic up the mag and have a squiz. Be interesting to know the spring rates an so on they are using too as the Pedders as you said are too soft

Guards may have been flared to fit?The best performing tyres on this test seemed to be the new Bridgestone RE11's on the SS-V Sportswagon, but need to go 19" if you want more than 275 at the back.Bridgestone Potenza RE-11Yokohama AD08's won this years superlap in the supersprint class. Can get them in 295/30 18.Yokohama ADVAN Neova AD08

Will be handy to know when I order my new wheels and will also make my decision easier as some if the wheels I'm looking at have only a limited range of offsets. Was also speaking to superlap on facebook the other day about dates and he was saying it will be later In the year next year and that they are waiting till all the major events have set their dates so they can work around them. That will obvious work in my favor in regards to setup time and finances aswell as planning. When I started this project I knew that it was going to be time consuming but when you work 6-6 5.5 days a week, plus family and so on I'm struggling to find time to put into this. I had to take 3 days off work just so I could get the suspension fitted and aligned and still have a car to get around In.

I basicly had the choice between this full kit or the tien but went with the pedders for a few reasons. price, service, and adjustability. one of the main benifits of these over the tiens are these are base height adjustable instead of the tiens whick are only adjustable via your spring perload.*pedders rear leaf springs*pedders front sway bar (which was already fitted*pedders rear dampners*whiteline rear swaybar*pedders camber castor alignment kit*front forward lower control arm bushes*front rear lower control arm bushes*front shock mount bushs*front leaf spring bushes*rear leaf spring bushesI took my time over 3 days fitting, setting the height and then having the ute aligned. below are a couple of happy snaps I managed to real off while I remembered to. and finally my trusty pressmore to comecheers adam Edited 10/09/10 07:58 AM by AIM-
