brought this up last week not to many replyed so try again have a bf mk2 xr6t has tune 60pound injectors cooler turbo back exhaust intake 14 pound boost made 313.9rkw 1 month ago was pulled over sum how they suspected I had gutted cat got done and did have a gutted cat so to pass road worthy put standard cat in passed back on the road car seems to be running rich could the stock cat cause this if so if I put a hi flow 100cpsi in would I need to get a retune done any help will do thanks.

This may not b it but when my stock 6t was running rich it ended up being the sensor on the back of the motor so ford replaced it and it's running ten times better

Luke is it possible for that head sensor to peg the 02 sensor at .8 .9v if its playing up?

I doubt the CHT is pegging the 02, more likely the CHT is telling the PCM the car is still cold so the PCM is still referencing the fuel base cold table and the 02 is reporting back the rich mixture,can you log CHT?

Havent looked to see if I can log cht with HP yet. Car started running rich last week,scanned the 02 and was at .8 .9v and not switching so I presumed it was the 02 sensor and relaced it with another but still end up with the same reading.
