Long shot , but check the tyre pressure regularly. my left front kept going down, tried a fix a few times, tyre was rooted by 15,000k. Turns out when the tyre was changed that the manufacturing sticker of the rim was found under the lip of the tyre, stopping the tyre from sealing properly.

Is the alignment actually out or is the steering angle not adjusted correctly? We commonly go around the block in our aligned cars to check this, the alignment can be correct but the steering angle can be thrown out after toe adjustments.

Toe out? So now it drives like a territory? These cars should have toe in.

The evergreen issue with wheel alignment is you're measuring very small angles (our toe spec is 0.2 degrees wide) with sensors that not calibrated regularly (depending on the workshop) and are constantly knocked around and beaten up.

Comparing wheel alignment between workshops is probably worse than comparing dyno figures!
