thanks for the info there guys

I almost think bending would be better option to cutting as atleast you can bend it back if ever needed, but it will prob stand out more than if you took your time and did a neat cutting job I guess

what about process west stage 2.5 kit I think its called??? uses a 80mm thick core and runs the piping under the headlight so no cutting at all. speak to Kev at process west he will be more than helpful

My new stage 2 intercooler core does not require any metal cutting to fit and is the largest non metal cutting intercooler on the market. These pics show it as part of my soon to be released S2.2 package. (Intercooler, throttle body relocation, under battery cold air intake)
