diagnose what the problem is and then fix it.

I have seen blown fuses on the heater circuit cause the first problem, wiring could be an issue or even a faulty sensor.

The 2nd problem may be a tune setting, or your car has a fault sensor/wiring or is actually overboosting, (which may be why it is also pinging)

If I hit up to 30 psi on the inlet manifold using the rev app with kiwi wifi would that be accurate? And if so is that bad? Or it will all come down to the tune

Have no idea on how good that device is, but I do not think you would be hitting 30 psi, and doubt whether your car has been tuned to 30 psi.

Ford data is normally imperial(I know psi is imperial) and the manifold pressure is normally measured in in"hg.

If your car is getting higher boost than it was tuned for, the spark tables may be too high for the boost and giving you your pinging issue, I.e if spark was set for 14 psi and then you were actually getting 16 psi, you would get ping because as boost increases less spark is tolerated for the same compression and octane level on the same given engine.

I just went for a spin and did some data logging, I can select what to log and what units to log in, I chose psi as it is what everything seems to be judged by,

In the race tune it seems to hit 30 but on the street it stops spiking at around 23 psi

The first code can be disabled in the tune and the second is what happens when you have big hardware mods, a strong actuator and a port job that doesn't work! My mates pulls up the same code, even running zero duty cycle as the wastegate just can't flow enough.
