I bought a set for myself and a mate through them and couldnt fault, my mates car is running 340rwkw and the only reason I changed was due to my tuners preferance :stirthepot: blake

beerchug.gif goods news thanks for that just purchased a pair.

Does anyone think that the 160F thermostat is to cold (Works out to be about 72degrees)?

I know alot of other ppl are running the 82degree tstat but I spoke to the tuner and he recommended the 160F.

I did read up that they are to cold in one thread but I would like to be sure about it.

Ok I think I have may have answered my own question after plenty of digging online2long.gif. It appears

that the 82degree tstat is ok if u arent planning on tuning coz its within the ecu operating

temps.. The 72degree tstat is ok when getting a custom tune because the tuner will tune out

the warm up mode and adjust the fan settings, apparently it will gain better mid range power

as there wont be as much heat soak so the timing can be played with abit more safely dunno.gif .

I dont know how accurate this is but it kinda makes sense.

Yeah I have them and have no problems except for the engine runs a bit rough when started in a very cold morning for a few seconds, but it may not be due to the injectors.
