Therefore go to a Ford dealer or auction house and you will get the honest and brutal truth. :D Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/6956-resale-value-after-one-year/#findComment-57893 Share on other sites
Redhawk ....Time to lay this fairytale aside...... Donating Members 2,657 Member For: 22y 1m 13d Gender: Male Location: In the Ferry on the River Styx, not getting out just yet! Posted 16/10/03 10:11 AM Share Posted 16/10/03 10:11 AM No....No....No wes, spend some time and sell her privately, someone will buy it. Although don't count on the mods for a quick sale. :( You have got a car that is really for a very small market so it will take time, there is a 'petrol head' out there just like you and will find you. Think laterally for selling ideas. Of course I'm assuming you are still selling your 'hawk? Side airbags for example probably dont add one cent to the cars value, but in my experience an option such as leather does add both value and appeal. For example if your XR6T cost $50k new on road, your trade in value over 6 to 12 months will be around $39k. You will get more privately (around $42k-$44k mark). This 22% depreciation is what most Government Fleet buyers use as a guide.Hope this helps.CheersColville Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/6956-resale-value-after-one-year/#findComment-57942 Share on other sites
