You could I guess supply these to the ford mechanic at the time that you are having the main diff bush done and ask them to also fit them! You may just be up for the additional labour! I told them about the noise and they were all over it - rear diff bushes I was told, and they are going to do it under warranty. Low and behold, im serching around on here and stumble across this thread...Im going to drop in before work tomorrow and quote them the part number for the new bushes (special thanks to those who dug it up!). If im having my back end pulled off, I want to make sure these new magical bushes keep it running smooth and quiet for more than 23,000km!! I gave them the new part number and they had a look at their work sheet which already had it listed! So looks like at least some dealers are now using on the new (revised) bushes.They new the problem and even offered a quick 'yeah, the old ones wernt strong enough and cracked too easily'.Needless to say, im impressed with their service and honesty.Cant wait to get the car back!
