Use a screw drive the size of the hinge. Then push it into the door latch, hold it there and see if you can jiggle it a little..Could be a latch issue.. The BEM is behind the stereo so it would be just behind there.. and I would think it would run direct to the actuator.I reckon get yourself a tester. Then just start testing all the different points. From the actuator to the wiring within the door.. When you'd press the central lock button, it will send current to the actuator, if your tester shows this, then you know its not the power as the problem.
