Should I trust this cheque and give the car to him before it clears? I have contacted him via the dealership website and dealership phone number so I know he is an employee of the AHG affiliated ford dealership so nothing suss there. He said he wants the car in the yard asap, I know the golden rule is never accept cheques but what you guys think if its from a major car dealership?Cheers

Their license depends on it.However I wouldn't just take his word for it, if I had physically seen the cheque and deposited it myself then no worries.
