mate do what your heart feels as life is to short to nut enjoy it.

I would go for the n/a now and enjoy that later get a turbo if that is what you want.

as for the trade value if you buy a car for its trade value you will nearly always loose.

So buy it for the pleasure of driving it.

I just joint the forums and have just brought a 04 xr6 turbo but after seeing some of the reply posts in some of these forums im scared about asking about some of the mods or questions I have for getting crap rather than support, everyone told me not to get a ba go a bf and save up but by that time everone would of said dont by a bf buy a fg.If getting the n.a xr6 is all your current means allow and you wont miss going 4Bing over the xr6 I say go for it.

datjas, everyone here loves to help, unless you want an NA to go as quick as a turbo or you want to install a turbo timer. The reason they said BF over BA is because of the stronger bottom end in BF2s. No need to go to FG if you want big power. Just ask the question, I've asked heaps of stupid ones, but if you dont ask you'll never know.

And no-one here gets off the computer, writes down your username and then goes around telling everyone what a moron you are for asking some advice. You are missing out on a wealth of information!
