Id recommend the aerosol one, but if you grab the bottle instead, tip it from the bottle onto the rag, DONT hold the rag over the opening and tip the bottle because doing it that way will lift the gunk from your rag and pollute the clean solvent, making it very hard to get anything to stick to anything.Give it a couple of minutes to dry before painting as its designed to evaporate slowly giving you time to work with it.
