While there is 'ideas' that the FG maybe the last Aussie Built Falcon... Assuming this is the truth of the matter for a moment...Would you A - buy whatever the replacement is, from where ever it comes from?or B - dare I say it (assuming Expensive Daewoo remains a Aussie builder) - would you switch just to own a Aussie Built Large Car? Guest XR09 Guests Posted 12/07/10 02:18 AM Share Posted 12/07/10 02:18 AM I think if they drop our beloved Falcon then the government should drop all tariffs on imported cars. Why should an Aussie lol company get a leg up to sell foreign crap ???

There's not much I do like about them. So if the Falcon goes, I would look elsewhere. Toyota offers even less, so looks like it's a Euro product for me. That's not a bad thing mind you as there are some great cars. The problem is you probably have to pay more to get similar performance than you would certainly for the 6T or F6. But going to Expensive Daewoo or Toyota is just not an option.

FPV will be running a new 5.0 litre supercharged which is gonna be about 355kw standard. Then there are plans to release a GTHO with monsorous power output for a factory build, something over 400kw. Even if it has got a us motor, FORD FOREVER. Going to the dark side just aint an option.
